This Telfeyan thing needs to stop.

I'm starting to feel really sorry for this Phil Telfeyan guy. Nobody deserves to have their personality dissected on a gossip blog like ATL as punishment for publishing a law review note about public interest -- not even if the law review note is a crappy piece of non-scholarship (which it is).

This is an unseemly feeding fest. ATL is now publishing shit about what he wears to the gym. Does this remind anyone else of AutoAdmit??

David Lat: Lay off the guy. Seriously. He's not a movie star, or even a public figure, except to the extent you've made him one. Act like an adult.
