Given my personality and predilections, you'd think that I'd like Me, You, and Everyone We Know, The Baxter, Mutual Appreciation, anything by Neil LaBute, and The Decemberists.

You would be wrong, alas.

I like indie cinema, but not twee indie cinema. Netflix recommendations, you fail me. I just mention The Decemberists because despite their clever, intricate lyrics, I can't stand the voice. Sometimes you want to and try so hard to like something but just can't.
